HIICAP (Health Insurance Information, Counseling and Assistance Program) provides free, accurate and objective information, counseling, assistance and advocacy on Medicare, private health insurance, and related health coverage plans. HIICAP helps people with Medicare, their representatives, or persons soon to be eligible for Medicare.

Make an appointment with Floyd Memorial Library in Greenport at 631-477-0660 or go to the circulation desk for a HIICAP One-on-One Counseling Session.
